Register To Vote on Sep 20, National Voter Registration Day

Voter Registration Day is September 20th, which is a non-partisan civic holiday

The day helps to ensure eligible voters register in their districts each year.

The National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) established the first National Voter Registration Day on September 25, 2012

In 2014, the NASS established the Fourth Tuesday of September as the official day for National Voter Registration Day

To be eligible to vote citizens have to be over 18 years

For eligible citizens to register online a valid driver license or state ID is needed

And the last four digits of their social security card, and their birth date
